A buzz word of the 82nd (2010) Academy Awards.
Stylish it may be (and I hope none of the Fashion Police girls scorn me for this) but it looks like quilted bubble wrap to me. Lady Gaga excluded - she looks like she has wrapped herself in plastic and packing tape.
