The Valentino Cupcakes

Lucky for my new Wilton Coupler giving me the ability to change nibs without the drama of removing all the icing from one bag to another and all the mess and drama involved with that.

It only required one change and I had exactly the one I wanted.

This is how they came out...

Safe in their little cupcake boxes ready to give to the girls at the bridal shower

NOTE:  I used a Wilton Petal Tip angled with the larger opening to the bottom. I made a little mound of icing in the middle to add height. Then starting from the outside I worked around and around into the middle.

I think they could look like carnations too!

  13. Those cupcakes look divine,
My kids are at school in Ashgrove, have friends with older sisters that go to All Hallows, thinking of Mt StMichael's for Ruby, like the idea of having them all in the one suburb.
